| Product General Policy (MFR) | Returned Goods Policy. No returned materials of any kind will be accepted by Intermatic without a Returned Good Authorization (RGA) from a designated representative of Intermatic Incorporated. Such authorization may be granted by Intermatic under the following circumstances: Overstock:Intermatic reserves the right to limit returns of non-defective goods from any distributor to 5 percent off the value of the distributors purchases from Intermatic in the previous 18 month period, provided such returns consist of products in saleable condition and listed on current price sheet. A restock fee of 15 percent will be levied on any returned good valued over 5 percent of the purchases and further charges may be assessed at Intermatics discretion for repackaging, refurbishing or other activities necessary to render the returned good saleable. Obsolete or overstock goods are not accepted under any circumstances. Intermatic does not pay freight on overstock returns. Defective Goods: Distributors are to contact their Intermatic Representative for any defective items who are required to physically inspect the items and gather information. Purchase order number that the item was purchased on and the product date code will be needed to process the over the counter credit. The item must be within the warranty period to qualify. Sales representative will submit the required information via the agent portal pending final review and approval. Upon approval, the distributor will receive a confirmation email with credit amount or deductions detail. The agent is responsible to field destroy the product upon submission. No defective items should be returned to Intermatic. |
