  1. Credit on non stock or special order merchandise is subject to the manufacturer's acceptance. Such merchandise is often either non-returnable or is subject to a significant restocking charge, and is also subject to the applicable freight charge for the return.
  2. No returns will be accepted more than 90 days after purchase.
  3. Merchandise must be in perfect resaleable condition and is subject to handling/restocking charges.
  4. A copy of the original invoice or invoice number is requested.
  5. Authorization is required for material to be picked up for return, specifying the part numbers and quantities to be returned.
  6. Cut wire is not returnable.
  7. Defective merchandise is subject to inspection and has not been misused or abused. Credit can only be given if the product is still within the manufacturer's warranty period.
  8. Mars Electric cannot be responsible for freight damage not reported to the freight carrier.
  9. All returns are subject to inspection before credit is issued.
