Managing your project orders is now easier and more efficient than ever. Mars Electric is proud to be the first distributor in Northeast Ohio to launch a fully integrated online project management portal, designed to save contractors time, reduce follow ups, and keep projects moving smoothly while providing real time insight and updates.
With the new portal on marselectric.com, you can view all your projects in one place, check order status in real time, request releases, download documents, and more. No more waiting on phone calls or chasing down email updates. Everything you need to manage your Mars Electric projects is now at your fingertips.
Here’s a quick look at how it works.

Start in Your Account Overview
Once you’re logged in, navigate to your Account Overview. This is your home base—where your projects, documents, and order activity begin.

Access “My Company Jobs”
Select “My Company Jobs” from the navigation bar to bring up a complete list of your active and past projects. Looking for something specific? Use filters like:
•    Project Manager
•    Job Name
•    Job Date
These tools help you zero in on the exact project you need, fast.

Choose or Add Delivery Locations
After selecting a job, you can choose where you want items delivered—or add a new address in just a click. Keeping site shipments organized has never been easier.

View Detailed Line-Item Information
Click the plus icon next to any line item to expand full project details.
Here’s an overview of the information you can access:

•    Whether an item has been Released, meaning you’ve authorized Mars to place a PO with the manufacturer
•    Expected ship dates
•    Manufacturer shipment information
•    Shipper details and tracking numbers
Everything you need to stay informed and keep the project on schedule.

Request Releases and Add Delivery Instructions
Check what’s already available at Mars Electric and request a release directly through the portal. Your request immediately notifies our warehouse to deliver the product to your chosen location. Need specific handling, timing, or delivery vehicle? Simply add special delivery instructions.

Track Delivered Products
Easily review which products have already been delivered and when they were received. No more digging through emails to verify delivery timelines.

Access Job Documents
Click Job Documents to instantly open:
•    Bills of material
•    Submittals
•    Other project specific files
Everything stays organized and easy to retrieve.

Export Complete Line Item Data
Need to share updates with a project manager or a purchasing team? Select Export Line Items to download an Excel file containing full project details—including status, releases, and shipment information.
