- Place your order – Place your order online
- Order Fulfillment – After you have placed your order, one of our team members will immediately pick and fulfill your order
- Scan & Place – Our team member will then scan your order and place it on the EXPRESS Will Call rack.
- Text Update – You’ll get notified via text immediately after our team member has scanned your order
- Order Pickup – After you receive your text update, you can conveniently pick up your order
- Return to Work – No need to waste time. Our quick and easy service means you can head back to the job after pickup!
EXPRESS Will Call Locker
For our customers looking for an even more convenient way to pick up orders, we now have our EXPRESS Will Call lockers.
The EXPRESS Will Call locker is located directly outside of our Mars Electric Akron branch: 190 Opportunity Parkway, Akron, OH. Before using a locker, simply ask a counter employee to register one and you’re good to go.
After you have registered with an employee, using an EXPRESS Will Call locker is simple – all you need is your smart phone! You will receive a barcode on your text update that you can then scan on the lockers to open your locker.
