The Eaton Certified Contractor Network
The Eaton Certified Contractor Network is a division of Eaton that provides electrical contractors and their company with advanced levels of training and the marketing and business tools they’ll need to separate their business from competitors in the area.
Upon registering, you or your business will receive exclusive web-based training and get the chance to explore the Eaton line of residential products.
Here’s what else you’ll receive when you join the ECCN:
- Initial Certification Course – this is designed to give you an edge with exclusive market opportunity research, Eaton product knowledge, and consultative selling and service standards.
- Access to a Member’s Only Website
- ECCN University
- ECCN Welcome Kit
- Exclusive access to Eaton product personnel
- Feature on the Eaton Website, for referral opportunities and leads
The Certification Class
The Easton Certified Contractor Network class can be taken both in-person and virtually for the convenience of contractors.
For in-person, it is a one-day 8-hour course and lunch is provided. For virtual-takers, the class is 8-hours, but split into shorter, 2-3-hour sections over multiple days and taken on a virtual meeting platform.
Through this exclusive class, you’ll get an understanding of:
- Outdated technologies/techniques
- Eaton Product Solutions
- Consultative Selling to Homeowners
- Customer Service
The best part is, after one or more technicians attend a certification training session, the company as a whole is considered ECCN certified.
